Dear J & G,

Today, Saturday, 27th May, is our first day of recruiting in ChiTon Human Resource Market, and things go pretty well.

We've finally had around 50 more applicants, as attached pics, applying for our vacancy, and the whole recruiting process takes about 5 hours, from 9 AM to 2 PM, which means we accomplished 10 interviews every hour while we separated into two groups to interview people. As a matter of fact, every interview takes longer than we expected even though we've already streamlined our procedures and questions, like added Excel file, but applicants seem to show great interests to our company.

As to the payment we offer, I think it's very precisely positioned. For those whose education equal to college, they seemed to be a little unsatisfied with our wages, I even met two persons took away their resume in front of me (Unbelievable rude!) while they heard our salary of ¥ 1400, including 800 salary, 250 food subsidy and 350 house subsidy. But to those whose education under college, it seems the payment is quite attractive, especially when they heard about the affixed commission.

Regarding the quality of the interviewers, in generally it's not all that good, but still, some are very superior. In my opionion, there should be around 5-8 people who are very qualified to our requirements and if they do choose our company, TMS of Dongguan might achieve our goals with ease. Aside from that, most of the applicants seem to be not so good at both Cantonese and English, and hence we don't ask English ability anymore. In addition, the question of accommodation we previously worry most  seems so trivial and minor to recruiting when over 90% applicants said they will make ready if company do have a subsidy for their accommodation.

Finally, about our personnel supervisor Leung-Tin, a native Cantonese, Mark and I both think she's a really excellent worker, punctual, responsible and agile, and thereby we should thank Brother Jay for introducing such a competent partner.
